~ WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I CONTACT YOU? ~
Psychosynthesis therapy: Once you contact me, you can either book a free 15 min online or phone consultation or schedule an initial session. Finding the right therapist for you is important, and the the first session gives us both the opportunity to find out if we are a good match. You can share a bit more about your struggles, your background, and your expectations of therapy. You can also ask any questions that you might have about me and how I work. By the end of the session, we can determine if I am the right therapist for you.
Reiki: Once you contact me, we can have a free 15 min online or phone consultation or you can schedule an initial session. If you decide to go ahead and book a session, I will send you a questionnaire to fill in and send back to me before we meet.
~ IS THERE A CONTRACT INVOLVED? ~
Psychosynthesis therapy: When we decide to start working together, we will have a written agreement in which you can find out more about the confidentiality and cancellation terms. I suggest a number of 6 weekly sessions; this will give you more time to see how you feel about our therapeutic relationship. After that, if you decide to continue therapy, we will do that in an open-ended contract where the terms of the contract will still aply.
Reiki: No, there is no ongoing contract, just terms and conditions connected to Reiki that you will have to read and agree on before preceeding.
~ WHAT IS THE DURATION & COST OF ONE SESSION? ~
Psychosynthesis therapy: The sessions are 50 min and are available online or in person. I offer the option of having 30 min sessions online only, details upon request.
Online session: £55
In person session: £60
Reiki: The sessions can be between 30- 90 min.
In person session:
40 min (hands on) session – £45
50 min (hands on) session – £60
Enkaku/distance Reiki:
30 min session – £25
45 min session – £40
60 min session – £55
90 min session – £85
~ what is your availability?~
Monday-Friday: between 12 midday- 8pm

Ealing Broadway & West Ealing, West London.
~ DO YOU OFFER REIKI TO CHILDREN? ~
Yes, I also offer Reiki to children.
~ DO YOU OFFER THERAPY IN OTHER LANGUAGES? ~
Yes, I also offer therapy in Romanian.
~ DO YOU WORK WITH PEOPLE OUTSIDE OF THE UK? ~
Yes, I work online with people from outside of the UK as well.
