Imagine that you are looking in a mirror that is dirty and maybe has cracks in it. The image looking back at you will be a distorted version of you. If you believe that what you see is the real you, this will impact how you are in the world and how you connect with the people around you.

From the moment we are born, without even realising it, we get bombarded with conditional messages about how we should be: gender norms, beauty and performance expectations, and generational, cultural, and spiritual beliefs. Therefore the person you are today is a result of all your unique life experiences. Some of these experiences might have been beautiful and supportive, some quite painful and scarring. And they helped you develop deep-buried beliefs about yourself and the world; think of them as the dirt or cracks in the mirror.

These deep-buried beliefs and life experiences make you see and interact with the world in a way that might not be right for you. Without even realising it, they might limit you and stop you from creating changes that would bring more love, joy and meaning to your life. They might even have an impact on your body and your physical health. I can offer you a safe and authentic space to begin to clean your mirror.

The therapy model I use is Psychosynthesis, a transpersonal psychology model created by the Italian psychiatrist Roberto Assagioli. Psychosynthesis acknowledges the connection between the mind, body and soul. The human experience as a journey of healing the wounds and connecting to a higher self.

I use a neurodiverse and intersectional framework holding the belief that every person is unique. My work is intuitive, and apart from talking therapy, I might use creative techniques, meditation and energy therapy to help you explore your challenges and inner world.
